The Zwilling Cermax Chef’s Knife is a multi-purpose knife, used for chopping, mincing, slicing and dicing. The Cermax series features knives crafted by the Zwilling Seki factory combining German technology and manufacturing expertise with Japanese blade craftsmanship and its technical ingenuity. The blade core consists of a special powder steel, which under the name MicroCarbide offers a Rockwell Hardness of 66. The sharpness of the knife can be used particularly well thanks to the 12 degree blade angle. The handle is made of Micarta, made of linen and synthetic resin. Engineered in Germany, made in Seki City, Japan.
